Terms, privacy and consent

Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Leland Health's website. Read them with the Privacy Policy, which describes what this site collects about you.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Inverse Collective LLC d/b/a Leland Health ("Leland Health", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
We may change these terms. The date above is the date of the version you are reading, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version in force at that time.
This website is not medical advice
Everything published on this site is general health information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and reading it does not create a clinician-patient relationship with Leland Health or with any clinician. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you read here.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this site. You agree that everything you tell us about yourself is accurate, and that you will keep it accurate.
Telehealth services and the clinical relationship
Leland Health is not enrolling patients through this website. No visit is scheduled, no prescription is issued, and no medication is dispensed through anything published here today.
When enrollment opens, clinical services will be delivered by licensed clinicians employed by or contracted with OpenLoop Health, an independent telehealth practice, not by this company. Those clinicians exercise their own professional judgment, and a prescription is issued only when a clinician determines it is clinically appropriate.
OpenLoop Health Terms of Use — The practice's own terms apply to the clinical services it provides. Its notice of privacy practices and telehealth consent are linked in their own sections below.
Pharmacy partners and fulfillment
Prescriptions are filled and shipped by independent, state-licensed pharmacies. We do not own them, and a pharmacy fills a prescription only when a licensed clinician has written one. The pharmacy that fills yours depends on the product, your state, and clinical appropriateness.
Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy
1240 East 100 South, Suite 220, St. George, UT 84790
Health Warehouse
7107 Industrial Rd., Florence, KY 41042
Precision Medicine
2657 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY 11710
Triad Rx
26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL 36526
The service these terms describe has the footprint below. It is stated here in the practice's own words, and it describes where care is available once enrollment opens — not what Leland Health is offering through this website today, which is nothing.
Services are available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Medication and product availability varies based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and state laws, or other regulatory requirements. Not all therapies are available in all states. Availability is subject to change.
Some products dispensed through these pharmacies are compounded. Compounded drugs are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
Payment, plans and auto-renewal
No plan is on sale through this website today, and no payment method is collected here. The price of each plan, its term, when it renews, and how to stop it will be stated on the plan itself and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy below before anything is charged.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
You agree not to do any of the following on this site:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself.
- Misrepresent your identity, your age, your location or your medical history.
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems you are not authorized to reach.

Electronic communications and consent to e-sign
By using this site you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, agreements and disclosures, and you agree that an electronic signature or an acceptance you click has the same effect as one on paper. You may withdraw that consent by emailing us, though we may then be unable to provide services that depend on it.
Do not submit health information through general contact forms or by email. Email is not a secure channel. Use help@lelandhealth.com for questions about the website and your account only.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and software on this site are owned by Inverse Collective LLC d/b/a Leland Health or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names of FDA-approved medications referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, and their use here is for identification only. It does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.
Third-party websites
This site links to websites we do not control, including those of the pharmacies and the clinical practice. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and linking to a site is not an endorsement of everything on it. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Inverse Collective LLC d/b/a Leland Health nor its officers, employees or agents is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and some states do not allow the exclusions above, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inverse Collective LLC d/b/a Leland Health from claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, please write to us at help@lelandhealth.com. Most disputes are resolved that way.

Notice of Privacy Practices
The Notice of Privacy Practices describes how your protected health information may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to it. It is issued by the covered entity that provides your clinical care — OpenLoop Health, the telehealth practice — rather than by Leland Health, because that practice is the entity holding your medical record.
OpenLoop Health Notice of Privacy Practices
Questions about your health record, or a request to see or amend it, go to the practice at patientsupport@openloophealth.com. Questions about this website and the information it collects are answered in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
These terms govern any plan Leland Health offers. Nothing is on sale through this website today, and no payment method is collected here, so there is nothing to cancel yet — these are the terms that will apply when there is.
You may cancel at any time by emailing help@lelandhealth.com. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Cancelling stops all future billing; it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the services included in that period until it ends.
A prescription medication that has already been shipped cannot be returned or resold, which federal and state pharmacy law does not permit, so shipped medication is not refundable. If an order has not yet been sent to the pharmacy when you cancel, the charge for it is refunded in full to the original payment method.
If a shipment arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is wrong, email help@lelandhealth.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Fees already paid for a clinical evaluation that has taken place are not refundable, because the clinician's time has been spent whether or not a prescription was written.
Leland Health Terms & Conditions — These refund terms form part of the terms above, and the terms govern where the two ever differ.
Questions about a charge, a cancellation or a refund go to help@lelandhealth.com.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth means care delivered without you and the clinician being in the same room, using video, phone or secure messaging. Before your first visit you are asked to read and agree to a telehealth consent, which explains the benefits and the limits of care delivered that way, including that a remote evaluation cannot include a physical examination and that some conditions cannot be treated remotely at all.
The consent is issued by the practice that provides your care, OpenLoop Health, and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting care you have already received.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you and why, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, to ask us to correct it, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may exercise these rights without being discriminated against for doing so.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of under those headings.
Medical information held by a health care provider is governed by HIPAA and by California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act rather than by the CCPA. Requests about a medical record go to the practice that holds it.
To make a request, email help@lelandhealth.com from the address you gave us. We will verify that the request is yours before acting on it, and we respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission we can verify.
