The GLP-1 Price Index
This page publishes what Leland charges. The cross-market comparison — brand-name pharmacies and other telehealth providers — is not published yet, because no price survey stands behind it.

The cross-market table needs a price survey: a column per category of seller, each cell traceable to a price that seller published and to the date it was checked. That survey has not been run, so those columns are absent rather than estimated.
Nothing is gained by publishing a range we cannot source. A number on a page called an index gets quoted, and a quote outlives the caveat printed under it.
How the index is built
- Every figure is the list or cash price a source publishes itself — no insurance, no savings card, and no first-month promotion, unless the row says otherwise.
- A price is recorded with the date it was checked, because a price is only true on the day somebody checked it.
- A source is named. A category average with no named source behind it is an opinion with a dollar sign on it.

The prices above are Leland's own and may be reproduced with attribution. When the cross-market index publishes, this section will state its verification schedule — until then, no schedule is claimed.
Trademarks belong to their owners. Naming a product or a pharmacy is not affiliation with it or endorsement by it.
